Everyone loves yummy foods, so do I . To me, If you want to eat yummy foods, you have to put effort on it in term of maybe you need to travel long way to find it, maybe you need to spend time to find, maybe you need to spend more money etc ... ( I am talking about most of the situation unless you are so lucky get know yummy, inexpensive & the location is near to your place..... ) The other way to cherish & enjoy yummy foods is D.I.Y (do it yourself). I am not the expert in bakery field but never try never know.... So. today I had decided to challenge myself to do the home-baked egg tart ~! Egg tart is popular among Chinese community. We take it as our breakfast, for our tea time, as ours snack etc... {Throwback} Hi hi,... To all Disney's 'die hard' fan like me, do you feel extremely exciting about the 2017 movie of 'beauty & the beast' especially cast by Emma Watson.... Finally it had arrived in Malaysia and  broadcasted on Cinema from 30.03.2017 onward smoothly. In the way of welcoming the 'beauty & the beast' movie 'arrival', Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall located in Bandar Sunway had organized a roadshow for the period from 10th Mar -26th Mar.  Hey Hey .... how are you guys doing ?? it's been a 2 months more time from my last post.... 😱.. you thought I was lazy to update my blog ? you thought I was quit from my blogging world.... Answer is 'NO NO NO'..... I was admitted to hospital due to dengue just 2 days before CNY for a week time ( whomever has been following my IG shall know about it). Then , I took another 2 weeks time rest at home due to my exhausted body conditions upon doctor's advices. After my well resting from home, I was busy to prepare my CV, my last exam and my works ( neccessarily to catch up back to those my postponed works & plans caused by dengue that I had ). Now, I am back with brand new and healthy of me. 😁... Meanwhile,  I am looking for new job opportunity as I wish to explore more and more in term of my career as well as exploring more and more my others so called 'hidden talents' of me... I am looking forward to have a better of me so I am putting efforts to do

今天在厨房一边煮食，一边和妈妈分享一些在网上学会的烹饪技巧和处理食物的方案。妈妈是典型的家庭主妇，不懂得上网，所以很多当今的资讯都是从我们这些一天到晚捧着手机上网的孩子们身上知道的。 在我边对妈妈说：’妈，这肉你要先。。。。’。很突然的从妈妈口中冒出一句话来，‘阿女，你真会煮，以后你的老公可有口福又幸福。。’ 。我可被这么一些突然其来的话给愣着了两三秒。 静下来想了一想，我得练一身‘好武功’都是托我妈的福，是她在我从小到大细心的栽培。在我小的时候我妈就有一套她的家教方式，即使到了今时今日她还是常常对我们说：孩子是要疼，但是绝不能宠！秉着这份家教理念，我从小到大，我家里都是用那份不会‘怜香惜玉’的态度帮我锻练得来不易的一身‘好武功’。 我还记得曾经在我叛逆时期，我真得很讨厌被叫去做这做那，我曾经用很激烈的态度埋怨过，挣扎过。当一个人慢慢经历了不同的历练了之后，人会沉淀下来，会开始从新思考所经历的，你会发现看法不同了，理解所有事情的方向也不同了。这就是被我称之为‘长大’了。 以前所埋冤的，已经变成感恩了；以前所挣扎要逃脱的也变成乐以接受，甚至有时会变成一种渴望。因为这一身‘好武功’，我在外不时都收到不少的赞美，当然也有人‘看不顺眼’。赞美的话当然归于我妈，至于那些‘看不顺眼’，不啃于心里就好了，也不需要太在意。 等我回神过来，我就回我妈说：‘妈，你有没有觉得自己更厉害啊？因为你一手培育出一个从你自己口中说’厉害‘的女儿～～！’。妈妈笑得很欣慰，仿佛在说着我女儿是明白我多年来的苦心的。。。。我想这份欣慰比起其他东西都重要，因为不单止是对女儿的‘肯定’，也是妈妈对自己的一份‘肯定’。而这份‘肯定’最主要的不是在强调厨艺的才华，而是在‘食’的方面有绝对的能力照顾自己和身边的人。

Wow.... Finally I got some free time to sit back to do my 2017 new year planning at this late night ! So fast that my 2016 just passed ~! Looked back to Year 2016, I only scored around 60-70 marks ( soon low marks ~)in total upon my own judgement to my own performance as I did't fulfilled my to-do list completely...
